Obviously you're not talking about Region 1 DVD. Since they are sorted by Volume not by season. And Volume 7 won't be out for almost a year.

What Region 4 & Region 2 call Season 7 has no episodes from the actual season 7

The episodes on that set are

"No Meals on Wheels", "Boys Do Cry", "No Chris Left Behind", "It Takes a Village Idiot, and I Married One", "Meet the Quagmires", "Blue Harvest", "Movin' Out (Brian's Song)', "Believe It or Not, Joe's Walking on Air", "Stewie Kills Lois", "Lois Kills Stewie", "Padre de Familia", "Peter's Daughter", & "McStroke"

Brian does whatever it takes to win her back, even if it means getting Cleveland's ex-wife Loretta involved.

.

Season 7 episode 2

"I Dream of Jesus" October 5, 2008

Peter gets a record for his favorite song "Surfin' Bird", a song so annoying that he drives everyone insane with it, prompting Brian and Stewie to destroy the record. .

Season 7 episode 3 "Road to Germany" October 19, 2008

When Brian gets injured during a take of Peter's version of Jackass, the Griffins realize that Brian may be getting too old, so Peter brings home a new dog, prompting Brian to leave. Everyone else, however, loves "New Brian"; all except for Stewie, who doesn't like his constant happy attitude.
