What's the difference between the office on NBC and the office on TBS?

I watch the one on TBS but then I found out that there's one on NBC. Are they going to make the new season of The Office on NBC? I'm confused! XP

NBC owns the series, so they show the newest ones and the new season on Semptember 25. TBS just plays repeats of old seasons.

The episodes on TBS are reruns, episodes currently showing on NBC are also reruns. On Sept. 25th NBC will air new episodes
