Movies and TV Shows on Ares?

I am considering downloading the most recent version of Ares (version 2.0.9) but I am not sure about the amount of TV Shows and Movies that they have, how often they update them and the quality of them. Anybody who has used Ares at all or preferably this version, would you recommend Ares for movies and TV shows or do you have any other ideas?

Dude .. I totally recommend Ares. Its the best !!! I downloaded all of friends episodes from Ares.

abc and cbs have alot of full episodes for free just search for abc free tv or the same for cbs. have fun
