In a recent episode of Last Man Standing, Tim Allen's Mike Baxter character met his old Tim the Toolman Taylor character.  During the episode, Mike Baxter said the Tool Time episodes were great and that he should reboot the show.

Is that an omen of things to come?  Will Tim Allen reboot Home Improvement after his Last Man Standing final season is done?

No, they're doing a competition show on the History channel with Tim Allen and Richard Karn.

I think I saw an advertisement saying that in a few months he would be hosting a show on the History Channel with his tool time costar. So maybe that's what they were subtlety referring to. I don't think there's a Home Improvement reboot coming but maybe I'm wrong.

Everything is getting rebooted nowadays so wouldn’t surprise me.

But I’m not sure Tim Allen would want to considering ABC canceled LMS he might still be pissed at them lol

He did take a dig at them when Fox brought it back in an episode

First off, it's not his show...he was an actor playing a part.

Any reboot would have to come from the Hollyweird media powers that control these projects.
