That depends if you're looking for a drama or comedy.
For comedies, the ones on now that I watch are:
The Big Bang Theory
How I Met Your Mother
The Office
2 Broke Girls
The first three have been on for several years, but you can catch up easily with DVD's or downloads.
Not a lot of dramas on now that I watch, though I was a faithful watcher of "24", "Lost" and "Cold Case" for almost their entire runs. I've always enjoyed "Dexter" (don't have cable but caught the DVD's). I watched "Heroes" and "Prison Break" for their whole runs, but I felt they went downhill. (Given its extremely specific premise, Prison Break probably hung around a couple of seasons longer than it should've).
I haven't seen either of them but "Person of Interest" and "Terra Nova" look interesting. I've seen a couple of episode of "Pan Am" and it looks pretty good.
