On Wikipedia where it shows the list of episodes, under "upcoming episodes" there is one called "Brian is a bad father" and another called "Brian the closer"
Is he going to come back somehow?

It's hard to say whether or not he will be back. One school of thought says "without a doubt, and it would be insane NOT to bring him back". Another school of thought says "why not keep him dead?"
Whether or not he returns might be an undecided matter among those who have creative control over the show. They might play this a while and see how it goes. They might respond to public demands or they might not.
Was this a publicity stunt? Are they just trying to keep thing fresh? We don't know. THEY might not know either.
It seems to me that the odds are Brian will be back. He is a much loved character, and he is also part of an ensemble that might not work as well without him.
Perhaps he'll return in some ingenious way that no one sees coming. And maybe when he'll be back they'll look into the camera and say something like "you didn't seriously think we were going to have him stay dead, did you?" and they'll all laugh heartily.
But again, odds are he will be back.

I just watched the episode today, and I was so close to crying but didn't because I told myself to man up.
Seth MacFarlane had already wanted to stop with making family guy and end it after the seventh season, but he still kept going.
Anyway, I hope Brian comes back but he probably isn't because in the episode, Stewie broke his time machine before Brian Died but he said he could rebuild it but he needed supplies that he could no longer get, therefore he can't rebuild it.
I think many people like Brian so that the producers of Family Guy killed him off so that they could lose viewers and then make their want of an end of Family Guy to come true. (Or at least Seth MacFarlane does).

Think about it. All the time travel Stewie and Brian have done together, they messed up the space time continuum pretty bad... I'd say there's at least one Brian still running around out there. Stewie will probably catch up to him in the future.

He better come back. I refuse to watch the show until he is back on.
I think I know why Seth did it though. I really think that he did it to get more attention towards his show. If you think about it, it's been on-going for years, and people were starting to get bored of it. He killed off a main character, and now everybody is pissed off to no end. Therefore, he got attention.
If he doesn't bring back Brian, nobody will watch it anymore.

Remember when Stewie went to the future to get the lastest toys? I think that present Stewie will go and talk to the time traveling Stewie and tell him not to destroy the time machine.

They'll probably bring him back by having Vinnie (the new dog) go back in time and take his place, sacrificing himself for the family.
