Apologies to our cousins across the pond who may not have had the 'pleasure', but - "Babes In The Wood"? "Sam's Game" (peeeeyoooo!) "Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps"? "Hyperdrive"? (desperately wants to be "Red Dwarf". Isn't.) - have greater depths been plumbed?

"All About Me". Every leaden, dull word of every boring, drawn out script was dictated by political correctness, the unbelieveable cheeriness of the characters in the face of adversity was so glutinous that just watching one episode put the veiwer at a serious risk of contracting diabetes, Jasper Carrott is a non-actor possessed of a heroic lack of talent, the voiceover of the paralysed kid was so creepy that it should have come with a health warning label, and the production values would have disgraced The Flowerpot Men. It short, it was and is shite and must be avoided at all costs.

I quite like "2 pints of lager". The worst one I've ever seen was the one with Jasper Carrott in when he was married to an asian woman (Meera Syal I think), they both had kids from a previous marriage and she had a kid in a wheelchair who couldn't talk, but who thought "out loud". OMG. It was shocking. It was as if someone said "right, we're going to make a politically correct sitcom. what elements do we need?" different races, mixed marriage, severely disabled child, happy-clappy acceptance of it all. None of this would have been bad if it hadn't been for the utter drivel of the dialogue and humour.

The odd thing is that the 2 main characters are both successful comics in their own right, and they came together and produced this load of b0ll0cks. Needless to say, they only made one series (as far as I'm aware).

Blossom, My Two Dads, Just The Ten Of Us, Step By Step, Saved By The Bell:The College Years, and Two Guys, A Girl And A Pizza Place are just a few that were absolutely terrible.

Mmmm, I'd say that thing that Pamela Anderson did where they are special forces or something. With the red head, the dorky brunette, and the tall black dude. I think. I can't remember the name. Can anyone help me??? But every single episode, Pamela gets captured or kidnapped, then everybody else has to go save little miss useless.
