What TV shows should I watch on Netflix?

I am an intense Netflix user. If it is a good I probably have watched it. I don't know what to watch because I think I've seen all the good ones. Here's a list of ones we watched so you guys can filter out the ones I've already seen.
Parks and Rec, 30 Rock, the Office, Prison Break, 24, Breaking Bad, O is the New B, House of Cards, Lost, Glee, My name is Earl, the Walking dead, Rules of engagement, HIMYM, Family Guy, Psych, Wilfred, S of A, Weeds, Malcolm in the Middle, Its Always SIP, Man v. Wild, Myth Busters, the Event, Flash Forward, Jericho, Gossip Girl, 90210, and one tree hill.

I am open to anything just I feel like its all been watched.

you should watch "Rescue Me" or "Niptuck" I personally don't have the stomach for niptuck but I loved rescue me.
