I want to transform into another persons body-a girl that I know because I really want to look like her. Is it true that the CIA has something that can transform people into a body of their choice. I got the idea from American Dad idk if its realistically possible but if it is its something I definitely want to do.

Not actually possible. Who knows what science may develop, maybe brain transplants are just around the corner, but for now, no. But if you want to change your looks to resemble some girl, you can always go to a plastic surgeon. Itll be expensive but I bet a body swap would be astronomically priced if really possible.
